This past weekend saw some outstanding performances from Radix Campers!
St. Dominic Academy competed at the U.S. Capitol Invitational in Washington D.C. Radix Campers competed in events ranging from the 100H to the 3200! It's great to see Jersey runners showing off their skills up and down the Northeast!
The Trinity Hall Girls Competed at the Metuchen Relays with Campers Thorp and Meany competing in the 1600 and 5k respectively!
Tyler Parrado of St. Peters also competed at the Metuchen Relays in the 1600.
Memorial WNY competed at the Season Opener and ran a quick 10:35 in the DMR!
CBA ran 7 different 4xmiles at the Palowski Relays. Their "A" team ran and NJ #1
What We are Reading
As I sit here writing, I'm drinking a nice cup of coffee (shout out to Rook Coffee) But, an article on Outside Online, made me rethink my daily coffee habits. I love coffee and the extra energy it gives me but, after reading the article I'm re-thinking when and how much I drink. Often, we replace a lack of energy with coffee rather than going to the source of the problem, a lack of sleep. So, join us in trying to get to the source of the problem rather than covering it up!
