What we watched this week
I run from my house a lot but, apparently no where near as much as Kilian Jornet! This is really cool video about a guy who loves to run!
What we read this week
" What do Foam Roller Actually Do for You?" They are something we all use and seemingly in increasing amounts but, do you know why you use one?
What we listened to this week
This podcast was recommended by Coach Fluehr. Runners of NYC: Veronica Jackson of Central Park Track Club . It touches on a lot of topics that so many of us find important in the running community, how to balance it all, what to do after a bad race, and the importance of community!
